Where do you ship from?

We ship from China.

When will my order be shipped out?

After you place an order, we typically take 2-4 days to prepare it for shipment. During high-demand periods(February–April), processing may take slightly longer due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible!

If all the items in your order are from the “Ready to Ship” section, your order will be shipped out within 24 hours.

When can I receive my order?

At checkout, you’ll see estimated shipping times for your selected delivery option. Please note:

- These estimates do NOT include the 2-4 day processing time.

- Due to various factors affecting international logistics, our shipping time serves as an average reference. If you have a very strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use this to check your delivery status.

I'm in the U.S. Will I need to pay customs duties？

We have 2 shipping options for you:
- Standard shipping: 8-20 days, no additional fee
- Express shipping(DHL): 3-4 days, requires customs duty and DHL fees upon delivery.

DHL will contact you by SMS about any the charges
The customs duty is 15%-25% of the goods' value, and DHL will charge an additional $17 handling fee.

Do you make custom appliques?
